Woodland Foods, a growing leader in procuring and providing specialty foods from around the world to food service distributors and food manufacturers, is adding to its team.  Since our first shipment of Chanterelle Mushrooms in 1990, we have been driven to uncover uncommon and uncommonly good ingredients to share with our customers.  We’ve spent the last 24 years pursuing exotic mushrooms, exotic chiles, hard-to-find heirloom beans, coveted spices, sustainably cultivated ancient grains and other ingredients.  WOODLAND FOODS employees and partners are personally involved in the production, processing, distribution, storage and sale of more than 1,300 ingredients sourced from more than 60 countries on 6 different continents. Every day we work to share these ingredients with leading global food manufacturers, America’s finest foodservice companies and top grocery and retail chains.  We also sell our products directly to gourmet shops, warehouse club stores and through online retailers.
