The temporary full-time housing case manager will provide Assessments, Outreach, Case Management, Education, Employment, and other Supportive Services to CHA residents to strengthen communities, build self-sufficiency and integration into the larger social, economic, and physical fabric of Chicago.
Requirements: * Bachelors degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited institution * Knowledgeable of working with the Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) * Must own vehicle with valid driver's license and auto insurance for the transportation of clients * Must be able to work at least two late nights a week. | |
