The HR Generalist, reporting directly to the President, will participate in a variety of activities related to the Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Training, and Compliance functions of the Human Resources Department. Job Duties:
Serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to employees
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner
Administer various HR programs and policies
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems
Provide administrative support for HR processes, including preparing reports, managing documentation, and coordinating meetings
Other duties as assigned
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist role
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Proven experience in conflict management and resolution
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
Experience with performance management processes and tools
