Job Description
The Underground CHICAGO, located in River North, has elevated Chicago nightlife to unprecedented heights as Chicago’s premiere nightclub and event space. With a rotating guest list of the "who’s who" of Chicago notables, celebrities, international DJs, and live acts. Our venue is transformed into the ultimate nighttime escape, where celebrities and VIPs come to play until the early hours of the morning.
The Underground Chicago is currently hiring experienced security guards with experience in nightclubs and or cocktail lounges in Chicago.
Position requires customer service sills, a passion for hospitality and the execution of security and safety services for all patrons and staff. This includes checking ID's, monitoring guests, maintaining safety of all staff, communication of venue rules to patrons and de-escalating combative and non-combative situations. Ability to take direction and maintain excellent communication skills is essential.
Requirements:
1-3 Years experience, big plus if you have worked in night clubs, cocktail lounges or bars.
Basset certification.
Must be at least 21 Years of age.
