Position: Registered Nurse

Department: Behavioral Health

Unit: Will be trained throughout Adult units and Adolescent units.

Location: Arlington Heights, IL

Hours: 12 hour rotating shifts

Part time/Full Time: Full Time- 36 hours per week

What You will need:

• Successful completion of a BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Documented proof of passing the NCLEX and Illinois RN license application upon position start date. State of Illinois RN license must be obtained within 90 days of position start date.
• Current CPR certification for basic life support provider through the American Heart Association.
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification within 90 days of hire

General Summary:

Reporting to a Clinical Manager or designee, the Clinical Nurse utilizes the nursing process in the delivery of patient care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient outcomes. Revises plans of care as indicated. Practices in accordance with physician orders, established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, the Illinois Nurse Practice Act, the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice and the ANA Code of Ethics.
