Job Description

As a Client Success Manager within the Press Ganey Consumerism business, you play a critical role in establishing strong relationships with clients, advising them on best practices, ensuring product adoption, securing renewals, and upselling new products and features.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise accounts, establishing yourself as a strategic and trusted advisor, while setting clear goals and process milestones for the client to work toward.
  • Identify potential expansion revenue within your book-of-business through both discovery and a consultative approach.
  • Become an expert on delivering the value and business outcomes realized through Press Ganey's products and features.
  • Proactive outreach to clients to strengthen product engagement and overall utilization.
  • Speak through (and deescalate when necessary) concerns with your clients and ensure we are driving towards improving all aspects of the client journey and their experience with the product and company.
  • Maximize client retention within your book-of-business through proactive renewal and risk management.
  • Actively collaborate cross-departmentally with other teams including sales, marketing, engineering, and product
  • Promote an energetic fan base for products and locate brand ambassadors to share the products' benefit and value
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) model
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Ability to establish milestones and keep all team members on task, including working cross collaboration between departments.
  • Positive energy and ability to work in a team environment while contributing to a strong team culture
  • CRM - Customer Relationship Management experience, Salesforce, etc.
  • Strong presentation skills (virtually and in person) to drive partnership engagement, demonstrate value and align strategic business objectives and goals.
  • Travel up to 20%

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $85,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
