Qualifications:

- Valid Driver’s license
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Pass background check and motor vehicle check
- 5-7 year of experience
- Ability to estimate residential projects.
- Troubleshooting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Communication and friendly personality are essential.
- Valid Wisconsin State Plumbing License
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance as needed to ensure ongoing functioning of plumbing systems.
- Repairing and replacing water pumps, sump pumps, sewage pumps, boilers, water heaters, toilets, faucets, hose bibs and drains.
- Install, test, and repair all sizes of backflow prevention.
- Leads troubleshooting efforts and repairs water and gas.
- Install, repairs, or replace domestic hot and cold water.
- Comply with all applicable public safety codes, standards, policies, and procedures, including safety practices and maintenance of a clean work area.
