Job Description

The Paid Search Supervisor is a leadership position within the Search department responsible for leading strategy and overseeing a team of Search professionals. This individual acts as the strategic and operational point of contact and makes sure the team delivers flawlessly. This person also plays a key role in the professional development of the staff and continuously evolves processes.

Core Skills

  • Collaborates with the internal teams on holistic media planning and measurement.
  • Demonstrates a "big picture" understanding of clients' marketing strategy.
  • Consults on forecasting models.
  • Is responsible for delivering ongoing timely thought capital.

Client Exposure

  • Acts as the strategic client point of contact for Search program management.
  • Present regular strategy and campaign results to client POCs.
  • Cultivate partner relationships in ways that are strategic and help drive client business.

Business Development

  • Actively contributes to new business efforts by acting as a subject matter expert when needed.

Team Leadership

  • Oversees a team of Search professionals on a large client team.
  • Manages teams of SEM Coordinators, SEM Strategists including ongoing feedback on career development.
  • Participates in internal management training to develop leadership competency.

Agency Leadership

  • Develops thought capital and POV related to client work and the Search landscape in general.
  • Owns a Search discipline development initiative (e.g. marketing, publisher relations committee, analytics, training program).
  • Facilitates internal training programs on the paid search landscape and fosters best practice across clients.
Qualifications
  • 4-5years of Paid Search experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or mentorship role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant SEM tools and platforms.
  • Strong client-service orientation with keen sense for details.
Additional Information

Compensation Range: $77,000 - $100,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
