Overview

We are a high volume and fast paced Talent Acquisition team that is looking for an individual who is passionate about providing top-shelf customer service to our recruiters, driving administrative tasks to completion with both speed and accuracy, and eager to learn more about Talent Acquisition's role in Human Resources. As a Coordinator on the Talent Acquisition team at Breakthru Beverage, you will use your multi-tasking skills and calm disposition to manage a high volume of background checks to completion, accurately deliver offer letters, and be ready to help out in any other area of Talent Acquisition as needed. Responsibilities
    Talent Acquisition Support:
    • Support Talent Acquisition to quickly deliver offer letters with complete and total accuracy.
    • Manage pre-employment checks and issue review escalation to TA Operations Manager.
    • Run reports as required and support tasks for ongoing TA system and data updates.
    • Manage job postings on niche partner sites.
    • May also include supporting recruiters with resume screening efforts or logistical planning of recruiting events.
  1. Effectively communicate and respond to employees and candidates in a timely manner regarding queries/process.
  2. Provide administrative support to Leadership team, including scheduling of meetings and agenda management.
  3. Support in the daily/monthly/quarterly generation of reports and tracking mechanisms.
  4. May assist with sourcing candidates, interviewing, and onboarding depending on location.
  5. Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience
  • Previous experience in a role that requires handling confidential data.
  • Must be highly motivated, organized and work well with ambiguity in fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling high volume, data intensive tasks with a very high degree of accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition with applicant tracking systems, preferably ICIMS

Physical Requirements:
