Job Description
The Senior Manager of Finance Training & Product Support position will partner with the Regional Finance Directors and Transition Team to provide training for new accounts, new system solutions, and best practice solutions.

The purpose of the positions is to ensure training for the Client Finance organization to ensure compliance with best practices, policy, and procedures to drive high quality delivery of Client Finance Platform and compliance with JLL Corporate policies.

The roles overarching responsibilities include:
Provide Training team leadership including assessing training needs, developing training solutions, developing/implementing system enhancements and streamlining procedures/processes. Client Finance Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to drive WDCF initiatives, training development and system implementation/enhancements
Client Finance business owner of applicable JLL systems as they relate to Client Finance processes (i.e. E1- IFM and PDS, TM1 Budget, Corrigo, Reports Now etc.)

Responsibilities:
Partner with account teams and the WDCF Leadership Team to support and optimize all key JLL Client Finance processes and objectives
Deliver best in class training and develop new training based on the needs of the Client Finance Platform/Service Line
Develop KPI program to measure effectiveness of training and support including annual survey to determine priorities or area of opportunity
Business owner of applicable WDCF systems, including providing subject matter expertise and guidance to account teams, drive system best in class practices and coordinate/lead account team enhancement requests.
Implement WDCF best practices by providing advice and counsel to;Ensure JLL internal control processes and standards are functioning properly.

Act as a liaison between WDCF account teams and other JLL functions to provide support. This includes establishing communication paths with the appropriate support teams (i.e., Corporate Finance, Client Accounting Services and Treasury Management, etc.)
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver changes needed to optimize and transform WDCF processes including partnering with Corrigo team on changes
Liaison between IT and Client Finance for E1 and other system enhancements to ensure understanding of data flows and service delivery applications.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA required, MBA preferred
A minimum of 5-7 years of proven results driven leadership experience
Flexibility with working hours and overnight travel is required on an as needed basis.
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft Access is a plus.
Strong analytical, Training & Communication, organizational, and time management skills required.
Customer service orientation and strong presentation skills to internal and external customers required.
Ability to work independently and manage teams to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners
Experience in writing training curriculum and experience in training preferred
