We are currently looking for a Full Time Corporate/Procurement Leadership Development Program - Emerging Leader. The Corporate/Procurement Leadership Development Program - Emerging Leader enhances TC Transcontinental's competitiveness in the flexible packaging industry and internal decision-making process through accurate Procurement Direct and Indirect materials data. This data is shared with other departments such as pricing and executive management. This position is a rotational role, receiving on-the-job training while working in multiple corporate departments.We have been driving innovation since 1976.   • Work Material Pricing Automation. Cross-functional with Pricing. Pricing standardization and visualization.
  • Spend cube optimization. Cross-functional with IT. Artificial Intelligence tool training and debugging. Interact with sites to understand ordering process and propose changes that help keep data standardized.
  • Develop new analytics required by management for decision making process enterprise wide. Will work with Procurement team members, site buyers, IT team, and executive team to develop data capturing and visualization.
  • Utilize supply chain, business or engineering education and background
  • Ensure effective and positive employee relations.
  • Drive continuous improvement activities and projects.
  • Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment and have excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Follow all company policies & procedures, reflect organizational core values and strive to maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
  • Possess basic mechanical abilities with problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • 4 year college degree in business, supply chain or engineering discipline required
Professional background
  • Previous experience or strong desire to work in manufacturing organization, preferred

  • Data accuracy & data capturing
  • Completion of enterprise new metric dashboard and visualization dashboards based on metrics defined.
  • Demonstrated evidence of critical thinking, logic, patience, reasoning, empathy, continuous learning and development
  • Basic computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; advanced skills preferred
  • Customer Focus - dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
