Job Summary:

Envestnet | D&A is seeking a talented and passionate leader to join the Solutions Consulting team within the Consulting and Delivery team. This team is responsible for facilitating sales to new and existing clients at scale through serving as an SME on all D&A products while reducing dependencies on internal teams. Additionally, this team has the ability to understanding clients needs and can effectively position/cross-sell multiple solutions to meet requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage key accounts for two product lines and maintain long-term relationships with customers. They work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical guidance, and offer solutions that address their specific challenges and drive revenue.
  • Product Knowledge: Expert understanding of the products - understand the technical specifications, features, and benefits of the offerings and effectively communicate them to potential customers. Often seen as a subject matter expert (SME). Participate in deep dive architecture and integration discussions with prospects andclients. Work with Yodlee Professional Services and Business Solutions Architects to perform gap analyses and to identify potential solution integration point.
  • Sales Support: Independently provide support to the sales team throughout the sales process including but not limited to RFPs, RFIs, Security Questionnaires, Proposal, and SOWs. Participating in sales meetings, delivering technical presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing questions or concerns raised by customers. Support creation of sales, marketing, and promotional materials and strategies to accelerate sales. Identify, develop, and implement best practices and process improvements to accelerate and support the sales of all products.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop sales strategies and tactics - including providing insights into market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to help shape the company's sales approach. Gather feedback from customers and prospects about their needs, preferences and pain points. Relay this information to the product team and help improve existing products and identify new market opportunities.
  • Solution Design: Design solutions that meet customer needs by collaborating with product development teams and other stakeholders to customize products or services to fit the unique requirements of each customer.
  • Mentorship and Training: Responsible for mentoring and training all members of the Consulting and Delivery team. Share their knowledge and expertise to help others improve their sales skills and technical understanding.
  • External Engagements: Responsible for external engagements to promote the products including, but not limited to - podcasts, client events, speaking engagements, conferences.
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 years of consulting experience or in a relevant position
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, business administration or a related discipline. MBA is preferred
  • Demonstrated sound technical and business judgment and is recognized as a person with excellent analytical skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Value-based selling skills
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise web applications - including the basics of web infrastructure, applications, database, networking and security
  • Experience with Retail and Small Business Internet Banking applications and their functionality
  • Experience with Personal Finance Management (PFM) systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales/technology experience in the Financial Services vertical preferred
  • Online Personal Financial Management (PFM), online banking, mobile banking experience a major plus
  • Highly skilled and experienced individual contributor that will collaborate and lead efforts to create targeted solutions for our prospect's and existing clients with the goal of achieving their business goals and needs.
  • Develops and refines principles to effectively drive business growth as part of the Consulting and Delivery team.

Salary:

The annual base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $190,000.

This position is eligible for a variable pay based on a sales incentive plan.
