Your role and responsibilitiesTake care of the critical customer issues with a collaborative and customer centric mindset
Act as the single contact from PE&Q to drive results and to meet customer expectations per schedule
Lead technical investigations with teamwork and propose suitable solution packages. Communicate the plan and progress effectively and implement the site solutions timely
Proactively and systematically prevent issues based on learnings from the customer sites or data analysis across the whole installed base
Analyze monthly warranty reports for System Drives and collaborate with the global team to reduce field failures and increase product availability
Communicate Field Service on the product updates in field. Maintain and improve the data quality of the installed base for greater transparency and more meaningful data analytics
Advance troubleshooting and decisionmaking with a datadriven approach
Simplify and optimize the processes of how we interact and collaborate internally and externally
