Position Highlights:

• Position: Recruiter
• Location: Hybrid- two days/week at Edward-Elmhurst Health Corporate Center - 4201 Winfield Road, Warrenville, IL
• Full Time/Part Time: Full time (1.0 FTE)
• Hours: Monday-Friday, approximately 8:30-4:30

What you will do:

• Responsible for recruitment of exempt and non-exempt employees within Endeavor Health.
• Responsible for nursing recruitment and overseeing the RN Resident program at Elmhurst Hospital
• Confer with requesting managers regarding staffing needs and position requirements.
• Responsible for initial screening, referring prospects to hiring managers for final interview.
• Support onboarding of new and transferring employees.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, preferred
• Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Must be a persuasive and effective communicator, with the ability to relate to people across all levels and diverse backgrounds
• Must work well in a fast paced, multi-site, complex and changing environment
• Thorough knowledge of Federal and State laws preferred
• Experience: 2+ years of Human Resources experience
• Nurse Recruitment experience, preferred
• Workday Applicant Tracking System experience, preferred
