Position Description
The Food Depository is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to organize and produce food for the agencies Chicago Community Kitchens serves and instructs and oversees students as they participate in production.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED equivalent required
Must have at least 3 years experience in large volume food production such as in a commercial kitchen and/or catering operation.
Food Service Sanitation Certification (City and State) or ability to pass certification course.
Organized and detail oriented
Desire to instill in students a sense of personal pride and commitment to succeed.
