Hildebrandt's Global Strategic Sourcing practice helps clients in the legal, professional and financial services industries reduce costs and improve stakeholder value through proven methodologies to reduce costs across a variety of spend and indirect category areas.
Our Associate Consultants play an active role in all phases of a project and work closely with clients. As a member of the Strategic Sourcing and Cost Optimization Practice, you will work with project team members and client personnel, facilitating requirements gathering and conducing data analysis and research to facilitate the implementation of cost savings opportunities. Also, will support practice business development and proposal efforts. Prior consulting experience, proven project management ability, demonstrated client relationship management skills, and a desire to learn are essential.
QualificationsEducation:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills
- Previous research, modeling and financial analysis experience
- Self-starter with strong knowledge of business fundamentals
- Experience as an individual and group contributor for complex problems
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
- Commitment to superior quality and accuracy
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues and support staff
- Strong ability to analyze and organize data
- Flexibility for international travel and possible relocation
- Extensive travel required
Experience:
- 1-3 years of consulting firm experience
- Accounting, Economics or Finance internship
