Sell NBR products in assigned territory at a level equal to or greater than annual sales targets. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals for assigned geographical area. Specifically, sell NBR Stop Loss Insurance through TPAs and Insurance Brokers.

This position serves as a sales and development consultant and is responsible for creating and implementing corporate sales and marketing initiatives. Develop specific sales strategies to increase revenue and new business in assigned territory to meet growth targets. Partner with other OptumHealth distribution position to maximize sales opportunities with in the assigned territory. Be the Stop Loss subject matter expert for other internal resources with in assigned territory.

Qualifications
5 plus years sales experience in selling complex insurance products

Bachelors degree required

Knowledge/experience of the health insurance industry, previous Stop Loss experience preferred.

Proven track record of meeting aggressive sales targets
