Fullhouse Video Asset Fulfillment Coordinator assumes the primary responsibility for managing and maintaining an online video catalog of all materials in relation to the video department. The ideal candidate for this position will have a video production background, be a strong problem solver, is highly organized and possess excellent communication skills.

This position will be housed at our MillerCoors onsite location, downtown Chicago.
To ensure position sucess, this position is supervised by the Video Manager.

Responsibilities:

Ongoing maintenance and upkeep of online video catalog
Logging of new and existing footage as received
Maintain clear and concise records of footage checked in/out
Review/scan and upload new and existing footage (as needed)
Enter standardized metadata into catalog system
Maintain accurate and current versions of all video projects
Fulfill duplication and compression requests as well as coordinate duplication with outside agencies
Conduct searches for relevant existing footage for new projects
Work with clients to deliver a great experience

Required skills / experience:

Bachelor's degree in communication or like field, (preferred)
2+ years in web, broadcast, cable or video production
Ability to work under ever-changing deadlines and handle multpile projects in different phases of completion
Experience with Final Cut Pro editing software
Familiarity with video compression using Episode Pro and Apple Compressor
Experience with video duplication, (tape, CD and DVD)
Exceptional communication (oral and written) skills
Demonstrated problem solving skills, ability to use good judgement and perform independently
Ability to thrive in a demanding client services environment
Commitment to getting the job done will exceeding client expectations
Detail orientated
Proficient with MS and MAC platforms
Experience with digital/interactive marketing
A fun, energetic person who's willing to go the extra mile
