Fullhouse editors/producers have the talent and skill to communicate concepts through video in a variety of styles and to a wide-range of audiences. They assume the primary responsibility for producting and editing video projects with internal and client teams as assigned.

The Video Editor/Producer is responsible for developing the concept and vision for assigned video projects. They will be part of our onsite MillerCoors video team working with various discplines to ensure successful completion of video projects.

This position will be housed onsite at our MillerCoors location, downtown Chicago. To ensure success this position is supervised by the Video Manager.

Responsibilities:

Work with clients to determine project scope and vision
Work with copywriter, (or write the copy on own), to create a script that communicates client story and meets their goals
Oversee video shoots. May act as director, producer or crew coordinator for non-local productions
Create simple graphics during edit session or oversee other resources which create graphics
Act as Editor for projects using Final Cut Pro Software
Perform encoding and video compression for the web
Develop and work within project budgets
Assist with live productions including internal meetings, training sessions or Web Ex sessions, (as needed)
Contribute knowledge of video industry technology and best practices

Required skills/experience:

3+ years editing experience for production company or in-house video department
Bachelor's degree in communications or like field, (preferred)
Expert knowledge of Final Cut Software, AfterEffects & Photoshop
Experience with video compression using Episode Pro and Apple Comressor
Experience creating DVD's using Apple DVD Studio Pro
Experience with video duplication
Proficient with MS and MAC platforms
Familiarity with digital/interactive marketing
Knowledge/experience with audio and sound design
Strong Aesthetic and technical knowledge combined with strong creative eye
Ability to produce consistent quality product
Ability to work under ever-changing deadlines and handle multple projects in different phases of completion
Experience working with and creating timelines and budgets
Comfortable with acting as both editor and producer/client representative during editing phase of production
Strong written and conceptual skills
Detail-orientated and self-motivated
Demonstrated problem solving skills, ability to use good judgement and able to perform independently
Ability to thrive in demanding client services environment, while exceeding client expectations
