Position Description
Fullhouse seeks a Video Manager, (VM), who is an expert in the video industry and is comfortable with generating business and acheiving sales goals. This leader will be one part strategist, one part account/project manager and one part executive producer. The VM will identify opportunities for video to tell an effective story and work with clients to outline ideas. Developing budgets and statements of work for client presentation and approval will be part of the process. The VM will coordinate with the Video Editor/Producer to bring projects to completion.
The VM will have sales goals and be responsible for generating business and collaborating with other Fullhouse account management professionals on video projects. Leading a successful video team, ensuring members are executing against account strategies, developing skills and expertise while providing coaching and mentoring will all be part of the VM's role.
The VM will have overall responsibility for developing workflow of all digital platform video content and projfect from conception to completion. The VM will assume the primary responsibility for video production efforts; including implementing and maintaining process, and supevising production staff.
This position will be housed onsite at our MillerCoors location,downtown Chicago and will be supervised by the MillerCoors Account Director and will report to the MillerCoors Director Marketing and Communications.
Responsibilties:
Provide strategic, technical and industry expertise to clients/teams
Oversee projects from inception to completion
Supervise staff to ensure project and personal success
Budget video portions of projects
Participate in yearly budget forecasting for department needs
Perform as producer (as needed) on projects
Forecast sales projections and acheive set goals
Maintain clearn, concise, accurate documentation
Clearly communcation department and project vision to clients/team mambers
Required skills/experience:
Bachelor's degree in communicatoin or like field, (preferred)
4+ years production experience with production company, TV or cable organization
Production management experience
Budget management skills and desire to generate sales
Famialiarity with digtial/interactive marketing preferred
Strong conceptual and creative skills
Ability to work under ever-changing deadlines and handle multple projects at one time
Excellent team building and leaderships skills
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, abililty to use good judement and perform independently
Desire and abiltiy to thrive in demanding client service environment
Proficient in PC and Mac platforms
Experience editing with Final Cut Pro Software
Experience creating DVDs using Apple DVD Stuido Pro
Experience with video duplication (all mediums)
AfterEffects and Photoshop experience a plus
Experience with video compression using Episode Pro and Apple Compressor
