The Assistant Vice President Treasury Management Sales position is responsible for new business development of cash management services and maintaining profitable account relationships with commercial clients and prospects. Responsible for the overall growth of an assigned sales territory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

*Develops and maintains profitable and quality cash management relationships with middle market commercial prospects and customers.
*Responsibilities include sales prospecting, product pricing and customer proposals.
*Cross sells other bank products, and stays current on competition to suggest product improvements.
*Helps develop a marketing plan.
*Responsible being a relationship manager and servicing existing customers.
*Handle sales presentations to existing and prospective customers.
*Assist with pricing aspect when preparing proposals, as well as, presenting the proposals.
*Communicates service capabilities professionally and serves as a technical expert.
*Knowledgeable of all the bank’s products and services and assists in training other bank employees on product features.
*Assist Treasury Management to enhance products aimed at addressing individual customer needs.
*Responsible for meeting established sales goals.
*Complies with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
*LIVE the Bank’s Mission Statement and PRACTICE the Bank’s Corporate Strategy.
*Other duties may be assigned.


Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and 5+ years of Retail Banking or Treasury sales experience. Excellent knowledge of Treasury Management products is required.

Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software and Spreadsheet software.

Certificates and Licenses:
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP, CCM) preferred.
