Description:
Responsible for the performance of ATE eCass logistics programs within cost, schedule , and performance parameters. Determines requirements for and manages ES, spares optimization, field service support, depot partnerships and overall CLS/PBL processes. In this position, the candidate must have experience with NGC product lines or military equivalent experience. This project manager position supports the preparation of proposals, proposal work statements and specifications, logistics operation budgets, and financial terms conditions of the contract. Establishes and monitors adherence to program plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions. Familiarity with DoD acquisition procedures will be a plus for this position. Experience in supply chain, inventory, ILS, depot or production management will be necessary. Experience in PBL contracts will be a plus. Must possess strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of management. Requires ability to work independently without extensive day-to-day supervision. Must display appropriate presentation skills. Military experience is preferred. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance required. No relocation assistance is available. Education: M2- Bachelors degree plus 6-8 years of relevant experience, or M3 - Bachelors degree plus 10 or more years of experience. Common Job Description: Reviews field support requirements and recommends tool and test equipment. Establishes calibration requirements for field systems/equipment including all maintenance tasks. Performs maintenance and maintainability demonstrations for customers. Reviews handbooks for technical adequacy. Assists in the development of maintenance engineering and logistics support. Plans and contributes to proposal efforts.
