Position Description
Job Summary: In this role you will take a lead in developing solutions to business process and information challenges for the Commercial Operations team in the areas of Order Management, Sales, and Service. This role will work closely with Senior Management, Continuous Improvement Specialists, Oracle Developers, Super Users, and Users working in WMS’ Commercial Operations departments. You will be charged with identify business process and data issues needing improvement, translating information technology initiatives into tangible business benefits backed by metrics and ROI, and building consensus amongst business community regarding solutions and approaches to improvement. Your professional project management skills, Order Managment process experience and Oracle Applications functional and technical knowledge to plan and execute projects will be keys to your success. Essential Job Functions: * Troubleshooting user issues in Oracle eBusiness Suite * New Product Introduction planning and implementation into the WMS quote tool * Business process and data issue identification * Project Planning - scope, cost/benefit, schedules * Current state/future state gap analysis. * Business process analysis/design * Software configuration design and implementation * Report, Interface, Conversion & Enhancement architecture and design
Position Requirements
Qualifications
Education * Bachelors in IT or Business
Required Experience * 5 years, Business process mapping/engineering experience in Order Management or Customer Service * 5 years, Specialized Oracle application functional experience in Order Management * Oracle application implementation experience
Preferred Experience * Strong previous project management
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities * Comprehensive understanding of Oracle eBusiness Suite Order Management, Pricing and Service modules, CRM On Demand a plus * Strong communication & leadership skills * Positive teaming attitude and ability * Systems, data knowledge/aptitude * Process engineering * Project management * Problem solving, conflict resolution, & facilitation
