The Administrative Assistant will report to a Senior Executive and assist in achieving primary goals of the department by providing effective, efficient and superior administrative and clerical support. This individual will provide quality customer service to internal and external customers by demonstrating readiness to assist departmental personnel and other employees. This position requires a high level of confidentiality and discretion. Strong writing of documents from original sources or by consolidating information for distribution to a wide audience. This position will coordinate travel, plan and coordinate meetings by scheduling meeting rooms, catering, and preparing materials. The Administrative Assistant will create and compose spreadsheets and various reports. Manage multiple projects to closure.
High school diploma is required and an Associates or Bachleors degree in Administrative Management is preferred. Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Access with 5 to 7 years of professional experience encompassing administrative services for a senior level officer, preferably in health care setting. |
