Description:
Responsible for ITAR, EAR and other international regulatory licensing and compliance for a large business unit to ensure the required USG approvals are obtained to support international marketing, contracts and procurement initiatives. Duties include advising program, contracts/subcontracts and procurement personnel on export control requirements, licensing strategy, training, ensuring compliance with export control laws, drafting, submitting and managing license and agreement submittals to the USG. Provide guidance and assistance regarding the requirements and interpretation of U.S. export regulations and implementation of such requirements to the business unit. Conduct training on US regulations and NGES processes and internal control measures. Ensure compliance with all approved export authorizations and maintain records. M2 and M3 candidates will be considered for hire if they meet the required qualifications.
