LifeSource is Chicagoland's LifeSource currently has an employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative for our Product Distribution Department in
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for accepting and filling blood product orders. This role is also responsible for coordinating the distribution and pick up of products and/or samples to and from customers and vendors in the medical field. Customer Service Representatives will complete related administrative support tasks in compliance with standard operating procedures and regulatory agencies, such as FDA, AABB, OSHA, and others.
We will recognize the ideal candidate by their demonstrated superior customer service skills, organization, attention to detail, ability to adhere to strict guidelines, excellent verbal and written communication skills, quality mindset, dedication and reliability. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical setting.
