Summary: Provides administrative support for Personal Trust Administrators. Position also includes contact with high net worth clients, legal and financial advisors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

*Handle day-to-day incoming calls, emails and faxes from clients
*Draft cover letters and other forms of correspondence directed to clients, trust beneficiaries, vendors and centers of influence
*Prepare account opening and closing documentation
*Assist in the preparation and assembly of materials for monthly account reviews
*Review daily trial balances on trust accounting system for all accounts
*Review and pay vendor invoices on behalf of trusts, grantors, trust beneficiaries, guardianships, decedent’s estates and investment management clients
*Process account changes and/or instruct Operations Department to process account changes on the trust accounting system when necessary
*Process incoming receipts for all accounts
*Ensure blkLargely scheduled remittances are processed
*Act as point of contact to Administrator’s books of business
*Prepare annual administrative reviews
*Process account transfers (incoming and outgoing)
*Review daily transactions (cash movement, bill payment, etc.)
*Prepare internal documentation for approval of discretionary distributions from trusts
*Responsible for filing and file organization
*Coordinate with Trust Tax, Operations, Investments and Compliance to ensure proper completion of work flow
*Support projects undertaken with Marketing
*Comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to handle extremely detailed, multiple functions concurrently. Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four year university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefer one to five years of progressive administrative and client service within a bank or other financial institution, law or accounting firm

Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of
managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a number of variables in situations where limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram and schedule form.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing, Spreadsheet software.
