Job Details:	The Mental Health counselor assists n providing holistic patient care to pshchiatric patients under the direction of the RN. Contributes to the accomplishment of improved customer satisfaction; patients, physicians, employee, quality of care and cost effectiveness. Participates in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for patients in the Department of Psychiatry, Behavioral Health Unit. Two years formal education or training beyond high school or associates degree. Bachelor's degree in psychology/counseling,social work, other preferred. Current CPR certification. 1-3 years inpatient psychiatric experience required.
