Position Description
Job Summary Submission Coordinator is an energetic, hands-on individual who will work with the Jurisdictional Product Specialist Engineers, ensuring entrance criteria for submission projects adheres to the jurisdictional submission process.
Job Functions
Record all transactions (incoming & outgoing) for hardware & software submissions provided to the J.E. department from various departments utilizing the J.E. project tracker.
Verify the accuracy of all submission material for accuracy and completion prior to submission. (Release Docs, Data Sheets, Game Desc, Paytables)
Verify and transfer released game and O.S. images (Game, Sound & Graphics) to the Product Test folder.
Complete transfer Letters to regulatory bodies using the submission procedure and distribute.
Assist Jurisdictional Engineering-Product Specialists with the preparation of submission material and review prior to submitting to the laboratory agencies (prepare paperwork, bin images, create CD, & create shipping documentation)
Provide weekly updates of all open projects to management staff.
Support Technical Compliance Engineers by providing them with status of upcoming and completed submissions to each jurisdiction.
Verify all media, including EPROM’s, Compact Flash Cards, Serial Eproms, to insure accurate signatures, as identified on release documentation. (Vali-Flash, EMP, Kobetron, LT-400)

Qualifications
Education
Associates Degree in an Engineering discipline or Computer Science
Experience
Experience in an Engineering Support Role
Experience in the Gaming industry is desirable
Skills & Abilities
Demonstrated skill in managing activities across multiple departments
Demonstrated skill in managing multiple priorities and maintaining focus
Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal modes
Demonstrated knowledge of submission for both hardware and software related material.
Strong database/spreadsheet skills.
Demonstrate ability to work with media verification tools
