Role Overview:

As a member of the Mid-Size Law Firm Customer Proposition Strategy team, you will partner closely with Marketing, Product Management, Sales and Finance to support the development of the growth strategy and product pipeline for law firms. You will also have the opportunity to evaluate new business opportunities and develop strategies for our U.S. law firm customers to better serve their information and technology needs. You will also assist the team in developing new programs and refining existing programs to retain our current customer base and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of organic growth strategies and business plans based on customer research, competitive analysis and market expertise
  • Analyze and interpret market trends as well as financial, customer and product data to identify opportunities to drive incremental sales and revenue in the mid-size law firm market
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Sales & Account Management, Product Development, Finance and Marketing, to support and shape marketing programs, campaigns, incentives, sales tools and communication
  • Translate broad strategies into clear objectives and initiatives
  • Present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills & Profile:

  • Strong business acumen: understand the key financial drivers and dynamics related to growth and revenue goals of an organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with experience doing VLOOKUPs and PivotTables in Microsoft Excel
  • Proven ability to drive projects and plans with minimal supervision
  • Creative thinking, critical analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt well to change in a fast paced environment
  • Strong interest in business technologies and software is preferred

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in four-year college majoring in finance, marketing, economics, statistics or a business-related field
  • History of strong academic performance required
  • Experience working in a professional business environment is preferred
