HUMAN RESOURCES INTERNSHIP PROGRAM 2019 SEASON

We are Delaware North at New Era Field and we are looking for HR Interns to join our Team! Our HR Interns play a very important role here at the Stadium by assisting our HR Staff so that we can efficiently support our Associates and Operations Team!

HR Interns perform many tasks, including, but not limited to: HRIS data entry input including processing wage changes, direct deposit, personal information and terminations; Reviewing personnel related documents for completion and accuracy; Maintaining personnel files and records in a confidential manner; Providing assistance for new hire orientations and training classes; Offering game day assistance to other departments as needed; Performing other duties as assigned.

You must be willing to work an event driven schedule- including nights, weekends and holidays. Candidates that have completed or are in process of completing college level HR coursework or have practical HR experience are preferred. Each internship will last from May-January and will offer hands-on experience in our human resources department utilizing our Guest Path program and focus on providing associates a great place to work. You will have an opportunity to be exposed to our business, develop your management skills and determine if you would like to pursue a career in our industry. This is a fast paced environment where high energy and a positive attitude is a MUST, because at Delaware North at new Era Field, Memories Start with YOU!
