Key Role:

Analyze the design, development, modification, and evaluation of complicated and difficult hardware devices or systems. Maintain technical responsibility for planning and conducting technical process or phases of projects and coordinate the efforts of technical support personnel, drafters, technical writers, and electronics technicians, as required. Analyze and recommend design approaches for new or improved products or processes. Consolidate the results of hardware design elements for assigned projects. Conduct independent technical investigations involving the origination or modification of material, component, or process specifications and requirements. Evaluate vendor capabilities to provide required products or services, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with digital-based signal processing, filter design, and modulation

-Experience with MATLAB

-Experience with C/C++ embedded software development

-Experience with VHDL or Verilog

-Experience with FPGA development and workflow

-Ability to work with a team, participate in client meetings, and deliver presentations

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-Pursuing a BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with technical research

-Experience with electronic warfare

-Experience with RF circuit design

-Experience with embedded GNU and Linux

-Experience with printed circuit design

-Secret clearance
