Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a
Full Time Manager, Quality Assurance.


SCOPE:
Directs and oversees all activities associated with the development and implementation of clinical pathways.  Develops and executes continuous quality improvement programs that are in partnership with third party payors. Guides the medical leadership of the practice and promotes clinical care improvement.   Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
-Establishes priorities for continuous quality improvement programs with the assistance of Network management.
-In concert with the Medical Director and medical leadership, develops and implement clinical practice pathways.
-Assists Network Management and Medical Director in meeting regulatory and statutory requirements by providing standardized and customized statistical data.
-Responsible for trending, researching, analyzing and presenting statistical data.
-Oversees, implements and reinforces the quality standards that have been set by the practice.
-Oncology Care Model (OCM)

-Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI)
-Incentive Based Payment Agreements
-Data Attestations and Submissions
-Quality Committee Data Evaluations and Reporting
-Participate in the Practice Quality Committee to ensure timelines, reporting, and documentation are completed.
-Participate with MSH Quality Programs and Value Based Leadership.
-Assure accurate completion of data documentations, collections, analysis and submissions for various quality and value-based program requirements.
-Generate quality program data audits and develop action plans for improvements.
-Lead others in improving quality outcomes.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : 
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare, business, or related field.  Minimum seven years experience in quality assurance, statistical analysis, or healthcare management, including at least three years in a supervisory capacity.
 
Applicants will be hired into the title appropriate to their credentials and years of experience.
