The CCSF Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for the 37,000+ square foot Certified Cargo Screening Facility at our CHR Global Forwarding Warehouse. This individual will multi-task and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional service. The Warehouse Supervisor will work directly with the Air Export supervisors, and gateway staffs to ensure freight has been properly shipped according to customer requests. They will be responsible for creating processes and scheduling to cover all business needs.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Operational execution for all warehouse services required of CH Robinson Customers
• Update customer SOPs
• Ensure all forklift operators are trained to follow the process
• Ensure recurring training is performed
• Oversee and assist as needed for all products in and out of the warehouse
• Ensure all manifests, invoices, orders, shipping documentation, and form are accurate
• Create OS&D if needed
• Ensure loads are wrapped quality standards and checks are being completed
• Know, understand, and ensure team is following all warehouse safety requirements
• Review and prepare any action plans while ensuring productivity, quality, and customer service standards are met
• Regular presence on the warehouse floor to oversee all operations
• Troubleshoot all shipping complaints to find the cause, help resolve the issue the issue, and prevent reoccurrence
• Articulate all processes and procedures necessary in running a certified cargo screening facility
• Understand and comply with all TSA compliance regulations illustrated in the CCSP and IACSSP
• Maintaining recordkeeping requirements regulated by the TSA
• Motivates and coach the team members to achieve goals and KPIs
• Administer policies and procedures
• Deliver effective change leadership while driving business changes and minimizing people impact
• Cultivate a positive and innovative work environment
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• Must have experience with CCSF/TSA security requirements, HazMat freight and air freight compliance

• Minimum of 2 years of Warehouse Supervision experience or equivalent leadership experience
