We are looking for a hardworking Handyman to oversee and manage a wide range of responsibilities in our 225,000 square foot state-of-the art warehouse located in Franklin Park, IL. These tasks will include repair work, cleaning and maintenance. The hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday.

We are expecting you to have excellent time management, organizational and general repair skills.

Responsibilities and Duties :

* Focus on keeping the warehouse, and all areas in the warehouse, clean and organized

* Regularly perform machine maintenance and repairs

* Fill gaps and provide painting services

* Install lighting and carpeting when necessary

* Repair various machines, equipment and appliances

* Identify, document and report all maintenance and repair work

* Install and suggest additional repairs when identified and needed

Required experience:

Handyman: 2 years minimum

Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs.

Must be able to spend the majority of the day walking, twisting, bending, pushing/pulling, and kneeling while cleaning

Strong attention to detail

Must be able to follow written and verbal directions

Must have reliable transportation

Experience with Floor Cleaning Equipment, Scrubbers, Zamboni (a plus), etc
