The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Manager, National Office of Risk Management as well as the Partner, National Office of Risk Management with on-going maintenance and development of CLEAR audit forms. This position is also responsible for the Adverse Data Search process and monitoring of the CLEAR mailbox. Duties for this position includes but not limited to routine and ad hoc reporting with data review and mapping; Annual Risk Profile Review process; other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties:
Manage the Adverse Data Search process which includes the Adverse Data Search mailbox monitoring; process new orders, respond to questions, pull down completed orders and send to teams; follow up with teams regarding any outstanding/on hold orders due to the Business Credit Reports; submit CareerBuilder Investigations invoices to Accounts Payable; Dun & Bradstreet FS-Existing Annual Bulk Order Continuous Monitoring process as well as the Public Entities file; pull down Dun & Bradstreet alerts associated with the continuous monitoring and send to teams
CLEAR Project Team mailbox monitoring which includes responding to emails in a timely manner; route emails as needed to the Conflicts Team and Consulting group
Ad hoc reporting which includes report requests that come through the CLEAR Project Team mailbox as well as any random report requests from Leadership
Routine reporting which includes a minor clean-up of the data aggregation file used in the monthly reporting packages that are refreshed and posted on the Audit Intranet; Canada reporting data files for Alberta and Toronto; data review and mapping
Annual Risk Profile Review process which includes aggregated date file and pivot table refresh for all regions; compile separate files for The List data for all regions
On-going maintenance and development of CLEAR audit forms as well as Approved Role List and updating of appropriate groups in CLEAR
Assist with training and review of work of associates/specialists

Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree
Technical/Soft Skills:
Required Experience:
1-3 years of experience in a compliance and/or project coordinator role preferred

Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with respect to internal information
