Required Skills:

* Strong Customer Service / Call Center Experience
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
* Some Data Center/Computer Operations experience preferred.
* Knowledge of Excel a plus.
* High School diploma or GED
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of operations
* Strong time management skills
* Experience with Unix, Win OS, SQL and Linux a plus.
* Ability to work a rotating 7 day on 7 day off 12 hr shift is required.
