SummaryEllis Watts Global Industries, Inc. is currently seeking an engineering co-op to be part of a team working on nuclear and military HVAC projects. The co-op will be involved in the design, engineering, manufacturing, and testing of custom designed HVAC Systems including chillers, air conditioners, high efficiency filtration and adsorption systems, coolers, fans, dampers, and accessories. This position provides valuable project engineering experience.Job Responsibilities & RequirementsThe co-op must be highly motivated with good communication skills. Candidate should have a working knowledge of Microsoft applications. CAD experience is a plus but is not necessary. Engineering co-ops are assigned to a senior level engineer who mentors him or her. The position allows the engineer in training to utilize and apply the principles of engineering, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills in a real-world environment. Co-ops interact with engineering, design, manufacturing, purchasing and sales personnel, as well as customers. Students will be required to undergo drug testing subsequent to the job offer.
