As an HVAC Service Technician intern, you'll:

As an HVAC Service Technician intern, you'll:
- Maintain condition of tools and equipment to ensure safe and efficient service.
- Complete recording keeping functions to ensure accurate information is maintained.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote and accept accountability for providing superior customer satisfaction and selling of Home Service Plus products and services (e.g. Service Plus Repair Plans, Options, Product sales referrals) to customers.
- Maintain professional working relationships with internal and external customers.
Completed a 1-year program or a minimum 2 semesters or 3 quarters from an accredited educational institution in heating, refrigeration, and air conditioning.
Experience:
Requires no prior related work experience.
Working Conditions:
- Able to work outdoors with some exposure to all weather conditions.
