Job Description

Scope
The Master Trainers shall be responsible for performing analyses and providing training that increases the effectiveness of individual recruiters and teams within their assigned areas. The Master Trainers shall possess a minimum of five years military recruiting experience (or have obtained an Expert Badge if prior ARNG recruiter or Gold Badge if prior Army or Army Reserve recruiter) and served in a leadership position within any Recruiting Command (Army or Army National Guard) as at least a Team Leader. Verification of this experience shall be made available, upon request, to the government. As these individuals will be placed in a position of significant authority, the Master Trainers shall be required to submit to all POSTA screening requirements.


Requirements

  2. Expert Badge if prior ARNG recruiter or Gold Badge if prior Army or Army Reserve recruiter substitutes for experience
  3. Served in a leadership position in any Recruiting Command (Army or Army National Guard) as at least a Team Leader
  4. Education/Experience - Must possess a high school education. BA / BS is preferred.  Preferred candidate should have 2 years of experience.
  5. Security - Must be able to pass a national security background check for access into military electronic systems.
  6. Must maintain active and valid HIPAA certification.
  7. Must be able to operate a personal computer to input, store, retrieve and manipulate data for various reports as required.
  8. Must be able to use various software programs to maintain database files and prepare reports, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
