We have an excellent opportunity available in our Chicago O'Hare office for a Survey Manager.

Essential job duties include:

  • Project management
  • Leading the survey team and scheduling survey crews
  • Preparation of survey documents, including Plats and Legals, and interfacing with design staff
  • Manage survey projects (budgets, staffing, invoicing, contracts, etc.)
  • Developing and maintaining client contacts
  • QA/QC of survey work
  • Field work may be required
  • Assisting other offices with survey tasks as needed

We are considering candidates to join our team who possess the following basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar capacity, designing and managing projects with IDOT, City of Chicago, municipalities, and private developers
  • IL PLS registration
  • MicroStation and/or Civil3D experience preferred
  • Experience with Trimble survey equipment/software a plus
  • Proven track record in business development
  • Prior management experience is preferred
