Pomp's has an immediate opening for a Store Manager. This manager will be responsible for the overall store performance, financial and operational, by overseeing and being accountable for the operation of the store ensuring maximum sales and profitability through expense control.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Maximizing shop quality and productivity to meet monthly/annual goals
• Accountable for company assets including but not limited to parts and tire inventories, company vehicles, buildings and teammates
• Conducting regular inventories
• Analyzing problems and working out solutions for the customer
• Managing location staff, including hiring, training, development and discipline
• Manage Mechanic/tech work schedules to ensure their success and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales / profit goals.
• Adheres to all policies, procedures and values of Pomp's Tires and Service
• Maintaining a safe and clean store by following all Safety polices/procedures and PPE requirements
• Communicate effectively with customers and teammates to meet their expectations
• Provide sales support for outside sales team to maintain current customer base and grow overall business
• Stay on top of new diesel and gas engine repair services, solutions, training and tools
• Complete and comply with all back office procedures and policies
• Monitor the quality of all services preformed

Job Requirements:

• 3 or more years management experience required
• 5 or more years Diesel Service /tire sales experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Diesel Service / sales and tires is a must
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new software
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain driving record to Pomp's standards
• Knowledge of MaddenCo software system preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of personal and business information
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with frequent lifts of 30-50 pounds
• Able to work effectively under pressure and time constraints
• Able to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities
