The new Medical Surgical Nursing Director will join this facility hitting the ground running while reporting to the Patient Care Services Vice President. As the Medical Surgical Nursing Director, this individual will manage 3 separate unit and will be tasked to helping the developing of nursing practice. Ideally the Medical Surgical Nursing Director will bring a strong administrative background and assist with cost savings initiatives and Joint Commission knowledge.
