Our Risk & Operational Solutions team sells into the verticals that provide products and services directly to US consumers. We help our customers to mitigate fraud and reduce the need for introducing unnecessary friction during every consumer contact across every interaction channel (web, mobile, contact center, etc.). By providing data services designed to optimize bothinbound and outbound contact strategies and the subsequent consumer interaction, we deliver ourclients the consumer insights they need to deliver great customer experiences, realizing significantoperational savings, and mitigating both fraud and compliance risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships in the fraud & call center marketplace
  • Work with partners that provide services such as call center/website fraud mitigation, IVR and outbound call/text communication services
  • Frequently engage with Product Development/Management to define, prioritize and help execute impactful technical and solution needs as well as set the prioritization of these requests
  • Hold monthly partner meetings to review in-flight and future sales opportunities, new solutions and co-marketing initiatives
  • Interface and coordinate sales opportunities with Neustar Direct Sales where a referral or reseller relationship is present
  • Create an annual business plan with quarterly updates
  • Travel ranging from 30% to 40% should be anticipated

Qualifications

  • A minimum of ten (10) years - of relevant experience is desired - involving sales management and business development background
  • Motivated by growing a business and developing new partnerships/markets/solutions
  • Ability to be highly credible and persuasive in all interactions with clients and colleagues
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with business intelligence, marketing data, or data-driven companies required
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint are required
  • Strong presentation skills

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree desirable
