Apply today.We are currently seeking a Service Project Analyst to join our team in Wood Dale, Illinois!About this role:This is a highly visible role within our Field Service team, dedicated to analyzing data, creating and managing systems, and measuring the key financials. The Service Financial Analyst will report to Manager, NA Service Operations and work closely with our Directors, Field Service Managers, CSEs, and operations in the efforts to understand and optimize material flow within Videojet's global Service organization.Key Responsibilities:Support Lifecycle Services Policy Deployment Initiatives including:* Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reporting data and analysis as needed - Provide reports and analysis on Service revenue, profitability, inventory, repeat calls, and other measures important to driving a successful field service organization.* Regularly provide regional/functional manager with key operating statistics and analysis including: budgets, forecasts, operation ratios.* Assist in month end reporting and forecasting requirements as required* Provide daily, weekly, monthly, metrics to those in the field via dashboard creating and support* Systematically expand contracts within current sites* Identify key contract growth opportunities outside of current contract sitesYour Education and Background Experience will include:* Bachelor's degree-preferred BS/Masters in Math, Physics, CS, Statistics, Economics or other quantitative field* 3-5 years of work experience developing a best-in-class understanding of databases, data relationships and data integrity* PC Skills (Microsoft Office) SFDC, Oracle, SQL experience preferred* Basic understanding of revenue, profit, and margin* Strong communication skills and attention to detail; accuracy is a must* Strong deductive reasoning, problem solving skills, analytical capabilities* Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems without direct supervisionWhy Videojet?* Videojet is a global organization of more than 3,600 professionals, dedicated to serving our customers through teamwork, cooperation, innovation and the continuous pursuit of excellence in all business.* We offer a wide range of exciting career opportunities for those who seek a challenging, fast-paced, results-oriented environment where personal contributions are recognized and rewarded.* As part of the Danaher team, you'll learn and become highly skilled in the powerful Danaher Business System.
