Vice President with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Chicago, IL.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Duties: Vice President with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Chicago, IL. Function as a Quality Assurance Engineer on the Consumer and Investment Management Engineering team, supporting development activities for CIMD products and platforms. Identify, model, and create use cases across various subsystems with the goal of using automated testing tools and deploying defect-free code. Research and analyze business requirements and develop high quality analysis work product for both customer-facing and internal-facing such as business activity diagrams, data and process flows, functional and technical specifications, including testing mobility of website design or platform. Develop user requirements, business procedures and processes; interact with systems development processes and provide input on Quality Assurance (QA) that can affect functional requirements and design specifications. Develop, document, and revise system design quality assurance procedures, test procedures and quality standards. Use JIRA dashboard defect tracking to maintain the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field. Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Five (5) years of prior experience with: Identifying, modeling, and creating use cases across various subsystems with the goal of using automated testing tools and deploying defect-free code; Researching and analyzing business requirements and developing high quality analysis work product such as business activity diagrams, data and process flows, functional and technical specifications using Java; Developing user requirements, business procedures and processes, interacting with systems development processes and providing input on Quality Assurance (QA) that can affect functional requirements and design specifications; Developing, documenting, and revising system design quality assurance procedures, test procedures and quality standards; Testing usability of website design using Selenium; Testing web browsers and their capabilities to ensure software works properly in all supported browsers; Reviewing Console messages including HTTP requests and response using browser-based tools; Reviewing logs from applications, including Java logs and web transaction logs using Soap UI; Performing query and updating data stored in databases including Oracle and or Mongo DB; Utilizing REST end points to execute and validate responses with Java, Rest Assured and JBehave test framework; Creating automated tests utilizing available automation tools, including Selenium, Java and Serenity; Working concurrently on multiple technical projects; Working across the entire SDLC of product development, including requirements gathering; Functional and Technical Design; Development; User Acceptance Testing; Release Procedures; Change request analysis; and Production support; Setting up CI-CD test execution pipelines for test automation run using Gitlab, Jenkins; and Leading small project teams or working independently to deliver a project.
