This client is deploying a new clinical communication platform to the entire hospital. The go live was in January and now they need a technician to come and help them with the roll out across many different groups at the hospital. This will include, support of this system, and testing of the system to make sure it is working correctly. The nurses and doctors will be able to download this software onto their smart phones and receive updates on patients, codes and appointments etc. instead of utilizing a landline device like Cisco. This person will be apart of a support team and report into the support lead!
Putting accounts together, testing, a lot of badge testing, phone testing. This group is very collaborative, sometimes remote. Tight group, walk hand in hand, making sure everything is checking out.
Minimum Requirements
* Been in a support role that focuses on clinical communication systems (doesn't care about # of years of exp)
* Familiar with Vocera, Volate, or Rauland or nurse call systems in general (not looking for specific exp with any of these, just very ideal)
* Ability to help with the roll out of this new communication system to the hospital
* Personality and drive, able to work collaboratively with a team
