The Director of Inclusion & Diversity will develop and deploy integrated strategies to amplify our journey through inclusion & diversity. Reporting to the VP of Talent, this role will work collaboratively with peers in Talent Acquisition and Talent & Learning, along with senior business leaders, total rewards and our HRBP teams. Through these partnerships, you will leverage your deep I&D and corporate responsibility experience to provide thought leadership and purposeful execution of I&D strategies, programs, initiatives and engagements as well as organizational measurement of progress. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a close network of external peers to elevate thought leadership and outside in thinking, creating possibilities for sustainable change in our I&D journey at CDK. Develop, own and execute organizational strategies in I&D and corporate responsibility that fulfill our commitments and engage CDK employees and leaders. Partner with other HR COE's and business leaders to ensure that I&D actions are embedded in talent strategies and the employee experience; lead and influence others outside of your hierarchy to deliver against these priorities. Serve as a strategic business partner, advisor and leader with our business leaders, executive team, HR partners and governing bodies of this work in creating action and progress against aligned strategies. Appropriately leverage and lead IMPACT teams (BRGs) in mobilizing our employee population in the evolution of our journey. Establish long term measurement criteria for I&D and corporate responsibility strategies and utilize data to inform progress and actions. Maintain strong executive presence and subject matter expertise with executive leadership and external board members. Qualifications and job requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5+ years professional experience leading I&D strategies and team(s). Strong program management experience, delivering against organizational change initiatives. Ability to synthesize data to inform insights and change. Excellent communication skills and executive presence. Outstanding partnership and collaboration across HR and business functions. Experience working in a high-growth tech organization a plus.
