nVenia, a member of the Duravant family of operating companies, is a manufacturer and supplier of packaging equipment machinery. With over 200 years of combined experience, our long-standing brands of Arpac, Fischbein, Hamer and Ohlson serve end customers in the customer packaging goods, food and beverage, industrial and other markets. nVenia is expanding our Finance department and adding the new role of Financial Planner & Analysis, who will be instrumental in monthly close activities, financial reporting analysis and process improvement.

This person will interface with all departments and will need to be confident and comfortable with working in a highly visible senior executive setting.

Additional key responsibilities will be:

* Monthly and quarterly financial performance analytics, including but not limited to forecast updates, driver comparison commentary, bridging changes and analyzing volume/price/product mix.

* Develop and maintain financial models for planning, forecasting, and ad hoc decision support which include profitability, return on investment, cash flow, working capital, and scenario analysis.

* Develop efficient monthly reporting of sales, KPIs, expenses, labor and working capital.

* Interpret complex results, identify problems, research solutions, and make recommendations.

* Prepare executive-level quality presentations for Duravant executive leadership and Board of Directors.

* Perform research and analysis projects and support on ad hoc basis.

Comply with internal controls and policies.

Qualifications

* 6+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in manufacturing.

* MBA preferred and/or CPA/CFA.

* Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.

* Demonstrated proficiency in a complex ERP system, preferably EPICOR and/or OneStream.
