Overview

The DHS Science and Technology (S&T) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) requires professional technical support services to assist its various organizations, missions, functions, and objectives enabling DHS S&T to facilitate research and development, test and evaluation, and scientific knowledge and technological transfers to the DHS Operational Components. DHS S&T requires this support to maintain and evolve its organization. These services will support the following functions within DHS S&T: strategic planning and performance management, budget formulation, budget execution, policy and procedure development, financial management, procurement management, administrative support, human capital management, physical, personnel and information security management, real and personal property management (to include fleet), facilities management, records management, mail management, subscriptions, occupational safety and health, environmental and energy management, environmental planning and historic management communications planning, conference/event planning, travel management, network, systems and applications engineering, information assurance, IT governance, operations, and maintenance.

Responsibilities
    Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex and inter-related project tasks.
  • Manages teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations.
  • Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
  • Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs.
  • Establishes and maintains technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organizes and delegates responsibilities to subordinates and oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks.
Qualifications
  • Must be eligible to receive a Public Trust clearance
  • In compliance with Executive Order 14042, InTec requires all new hires to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by 11/24/21, unless that person has requested and InTec has granted a medical or religious exemption during the onboarding process
  • Bachelor's Degree and 20 Years minimum experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP);
  • 20+ years performing Program/Project management support services in a supervisory and/or leadership role.
